Jerusalem Bagels, Baked Fresh on 108th Street

Long, chewy, sesame-crusted bagels in the Jerusalem tradition, now baking in our new neighborhood bakery. Come in warm, leave with a bag.

Longer and more oval than the New York kind.

A bagel worth walking over for

Crackly sesame crust. A dense, chewy center. Best eaten while it's still warm.

Jerusalem Bagel is a brand-new bakery at 64-48 108th Street, and we're opening our doors with one simple idea: a bagel worth walking over for. Our bagels follow the Jerusalem tradition. They're longer and more oval than the New York kind, with a crackly sesame crust and a dense, chewy center that tastes best fresh from the oven.

We bake in the morning so the first people through the door get the warmest bagels. Plain, sesame, poppy or everything, a Jerusalem bagel is made to be eaten as is, with a smear of cream cheese, or the way it's often served in Jerusalem, with za'atar and olive oil.

We're new to the neighborhood, and we'd love to be your morning stop, your Friday challah pickup and your go-to for the next family gathering. Stop by, say hello and tell us how you like your bagel.
